Hi there!  Welcome to Vertically Sourced!  My name is Dr. Shea Osuna and I am the chiropractor and founder of VS!  I have been in practice since 2016, collaborating with amazing souls on their healing journeys!

As a mama of 2, I know the toll motherhood can take on our bodies, minds, and relationships.  My mission is support mamas and their families through all the chaos, stress, burn out, and everything else life throws their way!  I have a dream of supporting the next generation who can create a more beautiful world through a clear and healthy nervous system.  What better way to do that than to support the whole family unit!  A healthy happy family creates strong resilient children!

I have taken all of my experience and knowledge to create a gentle and effective approach to facilitating lasting change in a family’s health and wellbeing. We use multiple gentle Chiropractic techniques, such as Network Spinal to support all ages in creating a more connected and adaptable nervous system.  I believe that through bringing an individual to a state of ease in their own body, they are able to respond better to stress, connect to and express their emotions, and have a more positive perception.

I specialize in pediatric care starting in infancy.  I use primal reflex and tonal chiropractic techniques that work wonders for hypersensitive children and children on the spectrum improve their brain function and create more ease in their nervous system.

I am also Webster Certified for pregnancy/prenatal care.  During pregnancy, a mother’s pelvic alignment and nervous system health directly affects her baby. Network Spinal helps a mamas nervous system shift from Sympathetic (Fight or Flight) to Parasympathetic (Rest and Recover).  There is a saying, “we can’t survive and grow at the same time”.  I think this is so perfect for explaining pregnancy.  In order to grow a healthy baby, we must first be in a state of ease.  Also, pelvic alignment has been shown to improve baby positioning, birth outcomes, and postpartum recovery!
