Kitty Coy

She graduated from University of Colorado Boulder with bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Physiology and Psychology, minoring in Neuroscience in 2008. She worked as a behavioral neurophysiologist and clinical researcher for a decade.

Kitty’s love of people motivated her to integrate science and support others, which inspired her to start her own coaching business. Overcoming personal health challenges showed her the immense power that meditation and mindset have on improving life quality, so these are pillars in her coaching. With her background in Neuroscience, she takes a scientific approach to helping people shift their mindset. Kitty won the Best Coach in Arvada, CO in 2022. She is an International inspirational speaker because of her passion for teaching people how to train their brains for success and maximize their mindset combined with her love of storytelling.

Kitty’s mission is to help people become the best possible version of themselves by providing the tools and techniques they need to level up their lives and start living their dreams now! Kitty is a Colorado Native who lives with her husband Guthrey and labradoodle Luna. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, entertaining, and playing board games.
